The Agile Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of key technology and digital projects across GAP Group. Working within the Digital Projects Team alongside other Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts, you will drive successful outcomes across a portfolio spanning enterprise platform implementations, process improvement programmes, and digital initiatives.
You will act as a champion for Agile practices within the team and the wider organisation, helping to embed iterative delivery, build collaborative team behaviours, and develop stakeholder confidence in modern ways of working. You will also bring the structured governance and delivery discipline needed to manage complex, cross-functional programmes that require more traditional oversight.
- Minimum 5 years experience successfully delivering significant technology or business transformation projects.
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in a real organisational context.
- Proven ability to manage structured delivery programmes using waterfall or hybrid approaches where required.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging from operational teams through to senior leadership.
- Excellent command of project governance disciplines including planning, RAID management, budgeting, reporting, and change control.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners in a delivery context.
- Clear, structured communicator able to adapt style and content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting or leading an Agile transformation or ways of working programme within an organisation
- ERP implementation or upgrade eperience across any major platform such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
- Experience in an operational, asset-heavy, or industrial services organisation.
- Formal Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
Desirable
- PRINCE2, APM Project Management Qualification, or MSP certification.
