KubeNet is a fast growing Managed Service Provider and Internet Service Provider supporting businesses across voice, cloud, connectivity, infrastructure, and managed IT services.

As the business continues to grow, expand service offerings, and integrate additional brands, maintaining trusted operational data, consistent business processes, and accurate reporting across the systems landscape is becoming increasingly important.

We are looking for a hands on Business Systems Administrator to take ownership of the administration, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement of KubeNet’s core operational systems, with HaloPSA at the centre of the environment.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, process consistency, operational visibility, and systems integration across the business.

Role Overview

This is a hands on systems administration and operational coordination role focused on supporting service operations through effective management of HaloPSA and connected business systems.

The successful individual will:

  • Own the day to day administration and optimisation of HaloPSA and connected platforms
  • Coordinate system improvements and operational change initiatives
  • Ensure operational and client reporting is accurate, trusted, and audit ready
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions across operational and financial functions
  • Drive automation and process efficiency improvements
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
  • Support data integrity, governance, and reporting consistency across the business

This role will work closely with the Leadership Team, operational teams, and external vendors to ensure systems, reporting, and workflows continue to scale effectively with the business.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own administration and platform health across HaloPSA and connected systems including configuration, permissions, workflows, SLAs, templates, integrations, and environment management
  • Act as the main coordinator for systems improvement initiatives, capturing requirements, managing priorities, coordinating delivery timelines, and communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain internal and client facing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scheduled reporting outputs
  • Develop reporting solutions using Power BI or similar dashboard and BI platforms
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, explainable, and aligned to operational and business requirements
  • Use AI enabled analytics tools appropriately to accelerate operational insight, trend analysis, and reporting efficiency
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows across the systems landscape to improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and minimise errors
  • Maintain process maps, SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation across the business systems environment
  • Own data integrity processes including validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and ongoing quality controls
  • Investigate reporting anomalies and improve upstream data capture processes
  • Coordinate integrations across billing, quoting, CRM, documentation, and operational platforms
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to maintain reliable integrations, access controls, and secure data flows
  • Support governance and compliance requirements through controlled reporting, documentation, and audit ready operational processes

 

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar systems administration, reporting, or operational systems role within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Hands on experience administering ITSM, PSA, CRM, or operational systems, ideally HaloPSA
  • Experience coordinating systems changes including requirements gathering, release management, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar BI and reporting platforms
  • Strong Excel and reporting capability with confidence handling KPI reporting, reconciliation, and operational analysis
  • SQL experience beneficial but not essential
  • Experience using automation tools, workflows, APIs, or scripting to improve operational efficiency and data quality
  • Strong process mapping and SOP documentation capability
  • Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues and implementing controls to improve reporting accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across operational teams, leadership, and external vendors
  • Understanding of AI enabled reporting or analytics tools advantageous
