- Analyse existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data models to support business needs
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver suitable solutions
- Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new systems or upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and databases
- Create comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
- Provide support and training to end-users on system functionalities
- Previous experience as a System Analyst, ideally within an infrastructure-focused environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Solid understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement
