Infrastructure Engineer,

- Support and maintain client infrastructure across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to servers, networking, and virtualisation
- Deploy, configure, and support systems including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualisation platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal operation
- Support networking environments like LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
- Assist with backup, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing initiatives
- 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, MSP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Windows environments
- Exposure to Linux, virtualisation, or cloud platforms such as Azure or M365
- Basic networking knowledge including VPNs, firewalls, switching, and routing
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Nice to have: Azure certifications (AZ-900 / AZ-104), Windows Server or hybrid certifications (AZ-800/801), Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA certifications
