- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

- Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Implement Agile methodologies, fostering an iterative approach and adapting plans as necessary.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify potential issues or bottlenecks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies, standards, and quality requirements.
- Proven experience in project management within a similar environment, preferably with Agile knowledge and certification.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Proactive problem solver with a collaborative attitude and attention to detail.
- Experience working within a fast-paced setting in Glasgow or the surrounding area is desirable.
