  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, fostering an iterative approach and adapting plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to senior management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Identify potential issues or bottlenecks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Proven experience in project management within a similar environment, preferably with Agile knowledge and certification.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Proactive problem solver with a collaborative attitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced setting in Glasgow or the surrounding area is desirable.
