The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Provisioning Project Coordinator to join our KubeNet Business Support and Finance team.  We are looking for  someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and working across multiple stakeholders to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time.

You’ll play a key role in supporting customer outcomes, gaining exposure to provisioning processes, and developing your skills within a growing MSP environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the end-to-end provisioning process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines, managing and placing orders via Halo CRM using standard processes and systems, liaising with suppliers and raising tickets with internal technical teams where required, monitoring emails and internal systems to manage order workflows effectively, acting as a key point of contact between business support teams, project managers, customers, suppliers, resellers, and technical teams, handling incoming calls and written correspondence from customers and partners, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving provisioning-related issues, ensuring all relevant customer documentation is received and stored correctly within internal systems, and producing weekly reports on order status for account managers and reseller partners.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, ideally with experience in a coordination, provisioning, or service delivery role within a technical or service-led environment. Most importantly, attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are key to success in this role. You should bring a proactive mindset, take pride in delivering accurate work, and be motivated to continuously develop your skills. Excellent communication skills are essential — you’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, suppliers, and both technical and non-technical teams. You should be able to work at pace while managing competing priorities, maintaining a structured and logical approach to tasks. You’ll be a collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and takes a methodical, project-oriented approach to your work.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), ISP, or telecoms environment, experience using CRM or ticketing systems such as Halo, or exposure to provisioning, order management, or service delivery processes would be beneficial but not essential.

Why Join KubeNet?
