Our technology is trusted by government agencies, law enforcement and critical national infrastructure organisations where performance, reliability and security are critical. We solve complex engineering challenges that have real operational impact.
We are looking for a talented Test Engineer who enjoys improving software quality, solving technical challenges and working closely with highly skilled engineering teams. If you are passionate about both manual and automated testing and want to contribute to products that genuinely make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
The opportunity
You will become part of a collaborative Agile engineering team responsible for delivering high quality software across a diverse product portfolio including web applications, mobile applications, REST APIs and appliance based video solutions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your automation skills while helping shape testing standards, processes and quality across the engineering function.

- Test web applications, mobile applications, REST APIs and video based products
- Identify opportunities to improve test automation and overall test coverage
- Investigate, reproduce and document software defects
- Work closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners and fellow Test Engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Contribute to continuous improvements in testing practices and quality assurance processes
What we are looking for
You will have experience in manual and automated software testing together with a solid understanding of software testing principles and Agile development.
You should be someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of your work and is motivated by delivering high quality software.

- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Docker or containerised environments
- Video streaming, media applications or real time communications
Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We value enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as existing technical knowledge.
What makes you successful
You are someone who:
- Takes pride in producing high quality work
- Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of working
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non technical colleagues
