As part of their technical team, you'll find yourself working on diverse projects, including system deployments, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting within a collaborative setting designed to foster skill development and career progression. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Infrastructure Engineer eager to deepen their technical expertise and become a key contributor to a forward-thinking organisation.

• Support and maintain client infrastructure across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to servers, networking, and virtualisation
• Deploy, configure, and support systems including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualisation platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal operation
• Support networking environments like LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
• Assist with backup, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with senior engineers and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing initiatives

• 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, MSP experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Windows environments
• Exposure to Linux, virtualisation, or cloud platforms such as Azure or M365
• Basic networking knowledge including VPNs, firewalls, switching, and routing
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Nice to have: Azure certifications (AZ-900 / AZ-104), Windows Server or hybrid certifications (AZ-800/801), Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA certifications
